Barista Course
Learn the art of coffee preparation from our baristi. Depending on your needs, we also offer customised courses on site at your café or restaurant. All courses are held by qualified baristi with many years of experience, who award the participants the Mocambo Barista Diploma at the end of the training.

Learn the art of coffee preparation from our baristi and get your personal Mocambo Barista Diploma.

- Theoretical knowledge about the coffee bean
- Coffee grinder: grinding, dosing and tamping
- Espresso machine: technology, operation, differences
- Espresso preparation: dosing, tamping, pressure and brewing time
- Extraction: what to look out for - over/under extraction
- Preparing the perfect espresso on a portafilter machine
- Preparation and explanation of the different caffè drinks: Espresso, Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino etc.
- Tasting of all prepared drinks
- Cleaning the grinder and the portafilter machine
